Spinach and Egg Cups
- Ideal Protein Omelette Mix (either one)
- mushrooms sliced
Mix either Omelette mix with 7 oz of water. Add mushrooms and spinach leaves.
if using the Plain Omelette mix season with garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste!
Spray muffin tim with olive oil pray and pour mixture in to a cup or two depending on muffin tin size.
Bake for 12 minute at 400 degrees.
Prepare more sdervings in advance and warm up for a quick and easy breakfast treat!
