Spicy Soy & Ginger Marinade
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of ideal sriracha (see recipe)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1.5 teaspoons finely grated lime zest
- 1/4 cup of lime juice
- 3 tablespoons finely grated peeled ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp Red Boat fish sauce
Directions
Mix ingredients in a small bowl and then pour into resealable bag. Add protein selection to bag and marinate at room temperature for atleast one hour. You can also marinate overnight in refridgerator!
