Herb & Anchovy Marinade
- 1 cup lightly packed parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tsp finely chopped lemon zest
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 white anchovy minced
- 1 garlic clove minced
Mix ingredients into a small bowl. Pour into a large ziplock bag with your meat selection. Let stand at room temperature for atleast one hour or in refridgerator overnight!
