Lemon & Shallot Marinade
- 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp of olive oil
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons finely grated lemos zest
- 2 tablespoons oregano finely chopped
- 1 small shallot minced
- 1 garlic clove minced
Mix ingredoents in small bowl and the pour into resealable bag. Add protein to bag and let marniate at room temperature for atleast an hour. You can arinate overnight in the refridgerator.
