Ideal Protein Spiced Chai Tea | Ideal Weight Loss Recipes Naperville Plainfield Bolingbrook

Ingredients

  • 8-12 Ounces Water
  • 1 Bengal Spice Tea Bag or any Chai tea type
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick (Optional)
  • 4 Oz. IP Ready-Made Vanilla (To Flavor)
  • 1-2 teaspoons WF Marshmallow Dip (optional)

Directions

  1. Pour 8-12 ounces of heated water into cup with 1 Bengal Spice tea bag and cinnamon stick – steep for 2-4 minutes or, to desired strength. Remove tea bag.

  2. Stir in IP Ready-Made Vanilla – use cinnamon stick as stirring stick. 1 IP Vanilla Ready Made will make 2 servings.

  3. Optional – Add 1-2 teaspoons of WF Marshmallow Dip
